MONTREAL, Canada, 20 July 2011. Officials at CAE and the Baltic Aviation Academy (BAA) in Vilnius, Lithuania, signed an agreement to have CAE provide BAA with full-flight simulator (FFS) technology.

To start, Baltic Aviation Academy officials will lease an Airbus A320 FFS from CAE and move it to Vilnius. CAE will also provide pilot training for BAA users for multiple aircraft types at CAE training centers in Amsterdam, Netherlands; Brussels, Belgium; London, and Madrid, Spain.
The BAA offers a range of initial and recurring training programs for pilots or cabin crew. Students can personalize the training, by choosing the aircraft to train on. Baltic Aviation Academy personnel have trained over 10,000 aviation specialists.
