Garuda Indonesia orders 11 Airbus long-range A330-300 passenger jets for flights to Asia, Pacific, and Middle East

SERANG, Indonesia, 11 April 2012. Garuda Indonesia, the national air carrier of Indonesia, ordered 11 Airbus A330-300 widebody passenger jetliners today from Airbus in Toulouse, France. Garuda Indonesia, which is based in Serang on the western part of the island of Java, will operate the new widebodies on routes between Indonesia and Asia, the Middle East, and the Pacific, airline officials say.
